    • Improper usage outside manufacturer’s guidelines.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if defective or if you wish to exchange it.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • For personal reasons (change of mind), customer bears the return shipping cost.
